Here's the Deal

Three years ago we went gluten free/casein free to help my oldest son who has autism. I love to cook and immediately looked everywhere for good recipes. There is so much great food in blogs, cookbooks, and magazines to help with this diet. I also think there is a lack of resources devoted solely to GFCF cooking. Here is my attempt. Sometimes I convert recipes to be GFCF, but mostly I like to find amazing ingredients that combine to be something special without using substitutes. Since this blog used to be a regular cooking blog, there are a few recipes left over for family and friends. They should be labeled not gfcf. Thanks for stopping by!
